I am appalled at the service offered by this company. I have paid for my conservatory in full and depsite the following works remaining outstanding they have actually refused to complete the works depsite numerous requests via phone and email:
completion of Harling the exterior
connection of Electricity Supply and supply of Test Certificate
replacement of Window Sills
fitting of UPVC Trim to top of firewall on inside of Conservatory
connection of hook to Conservatory Door
adjustment of Door to enable proper closing
In addition they made the following serious errors when fitting my Windows:
Master Bedroom Rear. Mahogany fitted. Should have been Hardwood Light.
Master Bedroom Front. Wrong Wood. Window not fitted in correct position. 5 to 10cm to left of correct position
Upper landing. Wrong Wood
Bathroom. Wrong wood. Wrong opaque glass fitted
Living Room Rear. Patio doors wrong way round. Wrong Wood.
Living Room Front. Windows fitted wrong way round. Wrong Wood.
Hallway. Front door fitted wrong way round. Wrong opaque glass fitted. Wrong Wood. Telephone line and box damaged beyond repair.
Kitchen Front. Wrong Wood.
I would not recommend this company and am now considering legal action!
