bought 2 lots of tickets - madonna and eddie izzard last year.never got them.after copious emails,just got told ' claim it on your credit card'i didn't pay by card, so no hope of that! then got told ' we're waiting for the money in the bank'.something told me that I'd never see the £200 I'd shelled out.No wonder they don't have an address or contact phone number (if they did I imagine it would be premium rate )Wish I knew blagger.com existed and read these reviews first! Back in March 09' i bought 2 tickets for Springsteen @ hampden park in glasgow. Ended up reading all the negative feedback afterwards, typical. Immediately emailed LTE asking if they were legit, they said they were. To be safe i bought 2 tickets from ticketmaster later that week when they went on sale. Well the tickets DID come 1 day before the concert after they phoned me!, ended up giving the spares to someone, I guess i was one of the lucky ones!
From what i can see, this website hasn't been updated in months, i'm guessing its no longer active!
Bought 12 tickets for Muse, never received them, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.... Use Get me in, Seatwave or Viagogo if really struggling, these are PROPERLY run sites even if commisiion is a little high

Do not use this company, I paid for two tickets back in June and surprise surprise the tickets have not arrived.
I have sent loads of emails but no reply.
I don't undrstand why Google can't take them off the search
on 10th Dec 2008 I ordered two tickets for Blur Hyde Park for Friday 3rd July 2009. A week before the concert i chased London Tickets Express to find out where my tickets were, they replied saying would be sent in 2 days so just in time for the gig.
They didnt arrive 2-4 days later so i again emailed and got a response saying the dispatch had been delayed so i could collect them from the venue on the day or have a refund. I chose the refund option as London to Coventry distance and risk of not getting tickets to high.
They then told me their "banks" policy was not to refund until 28 days after the event itself, so i thought mmm sounds fishy as banks dont dictate a companies refund policy. Anyway waited 28 days and would you believe it nothing. Since then i have mailed them repeatedly as cant find a phone number anywhere and they keep saying they are sorry but will sort it immediately and of course nothing happens.
So i am now faced with writing off the £115 i paid last Decemeber or taking them to court. The latter is more likely not because of the cost but i am fed up of bad companies ripping us folks off all the time.
I advise anyone to stay clear of this shower of ****

I bought 2 tickets in Oct 08 for a Take That concert on 20th June 2009 and was (finally) told on the day of the concert that I would receive no tickets due to a delay in sourcing them. Like comments below I requested a refund and although I was told I would be refunded, I am still waiting.
No customer service! Only one liners in repies I did receive.
I have since been in touch with Trading Standards and they are already aware of the company.
If you get ripped off as I did then please report them to Trading Standards. Something should be done about this company.
Because I paid for them with my credit card I am hoping they will refund me after they carry out their investigation.
i brought 6 tickets for take that on 31st october 2008 and was told on 26th june 2009 (which was the day of the concert) that i would not be getting my tickets. imagine my disappointment that after 8 months of waiting to be let down at the last minute. contact with the company is non exsistent and customer service nil. i am still waiting for my money back !!! my advice to anyone thinking of using this company is don't
Not only did this company fail to provide us with the tickets we'd specified, but their response to my complaint has to be the worst example of customer service I've ever experienced, basically refusing to comment! We paid a huge amount of money for standing tickets for The Killers. I was actually telephoned three days before the gig to be told that the tickets were being despatched and I was specifically told that they were standing tickets. When they arrived they were seated tickets at an incredibly inflated price. DEFINITELY don't use this company. EVER.
