AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
Terrible company - ordered items several weeks ago and they still are not delivered.
They stated that they delivered within a few days so after a few days I called to find out why I'd not received anything - they stated that an item was out of stock (even though website shows it as "in stock") and that they would send other items and follow up with the missing item later.
A few more days went by so I called again, this time they stated it would be the end of the week (2 weeks after ordering) before goods arrived. I emailed the same day and they stated it was being shipped that day. Still nothing has arrived.
Today (a week later) I called again to find out where the order is and apparently it was shipping today (deja vu?) - they sent me DHL tracking code but after phoning DHL they have no record of that code or any current delivery to my address - the code is FAKE and nothing is being shipped to my address!!
So I still don't have the items I've paid for, weeks after ordering, and with no resolution in sight. Looks like they also refuse to refund money for failed deliveries as well so I'm losing hope of getting my money back.
Having searched the internet to see if others had similar problems it seems that this chain of events, including fake DHL codes, is common tactic of Backdropsource - the only people who seem to get their goods are those that pay using PayPal and then launch a buyer dispute.
