I had 10 windows and a set of French doors supplied and fitted by this company. I have to say that I was more than satisfied both with the quality and price of the items, and especially with the professionalism of the staff, from the surveyors and sales staff, through to the excellent installers who completed their work on time and left a first class job. I would have no hesitation in recommending the UPVC company to anyone thinking of renewing doors or windows.
This is a great company, don't know what other comments about. I had 2 doors plus roofline fitted recently and couldn't fault them in the least. A first class job from first to last.
This is what I call value for money. Very professional!
Had doors and windows installed in Jan this year. From start to finish they did an excellent job. Professional and friendly staff from start to finish. I have now signed up for a conservatory to be fitted. If the team do as good a job as last time I will be delighted.
This is a terrible company, I had my front door fitted from them. The 'fitters' were a nightmare and ruined my carpet, marked all my internal woodwork and dented my laminate flooring. When I complained - they just laughed it off, took it up with the company and they did nothing! They are NOT trained, as the guy who fitted my door used to work in our local supermarket for a number of years. Don't believe that the prices are good - they add on all types of extras just to get you to sign the dotted line. They have such a bad reputation, please consider the many other alternative companies out there!

Please, please do not deal with this company if you value your sanity.
How they can claim 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back I will never know.
The advertising authorities should take them up on their claims.
If I could give this company a minus score I would but unfortunately I can't.
