1. Ordered omron blood presure monitor. Everything went ok. Received fast
2. Ordered second omron, the order got stacked. After two days I mailed them, and they fixed it and it arrived ok
3. Order next omron. Same addres as the second one. It got stacked. Mailed, called them. They always promised today we ship it. I did call them 6 (six) times during a period of 14 days. Last time I got really angry, and put preasure on them

well I am truly exasperated with this company
I ordered 4 light bulbs (couldn't get them elsewhere)
1st delivery- wrong wattage sent
spent 3 days chasing it
told new ones will be dispatched
waited and waited and waited
phoned AGAIN
Told replacements not sent- but will be actioned today !
2nd delivery - received the day after phone call - good - BUT wrong fittings!!!!!!!
now have 8 bulbs - 4 wrong wattage and 4 bayonet fittings for a ses light fitting
I give up...........how can you mess up a simple order????????????????????
I have been shopping online for some 10 years now and although www.chemistdirect.co.uk have one of the most confidence filling websites I have seen the reality of their operating professionalism is one of the worst.
I purchased on 12/04/09 several items in good faith however the items delivered at my home in Spain (arrival date, the 24th April 2009) were not those I had ordered. After several expensive phone calls and an email your colleagues said that if I returned them they would refund me money they had charged to my credit card plus the cost of return registered postage if I sent them a copy of the receipt for the postage. The items were sent on 27/04/09 with a written note detailing the return numbers and a photocoy of the original delivery note followed by a scanned copy of the receipt of postage via email. I had previously been assured that 'within a few days' of receiving the returned goods my creditcard would be credited with the appropriate amount. However, since the phone calls I have neither heard anything from them nor have I received my reimbursement.
So now they have my 27.43GBP and 14.09€ registered post for returning the items and neither answer neither the phone nor my emails. In my experience companies (e.g. www.splashdvd.com) who behave like this early on usually ‘go under’ pretty soon and at any moment. I strongly recommend against purchasing anything from this company.
i was shocked at the poor service i received from this company. i tried them out as they were advertising a cheap deal - BIG MISTAKE. i ordered an item, and they delivered a cheaper item instead (not what i ordered and half the price of what they should have delivered). i immediately contacted them, they took several days to even respond, they said i had to complete a returns form and that they had to authorise any returns, otherwise i would have to pay my own postage (and there was no guarantee of a refund!). that was a month ago. i email them about twice a week to try and get my refund but fear i will never see the money again.
DO NOT USE THEM. instead try pharmacy2u.co.uk or boots.com - i have tried both of these and they are good
