eclipse construction management is run by ken mcbride, a previous director of building concepts ltd who went bust in 2010. the new company is now having trading difficulties and mcbride is also being investigated for not declaring assetts when liquidating the previous company!
WARNING - Do not get involved with this guy. apparently his company is taking deposits for contracts which he knows will never start as they are about to be forced into receivership again !!!
the law regarding company formations sure needs to be reviewed to end low life people like this from immoral trading..
