I ordered my kitchen by recommendation from a work colleague. I have to say that the planning service was excellent and the delivery of my goods was within a half hour time slot of that stated. I am still in the process of my kitchen being installed and must say I am pleased with the service. Any queries I have raised have been dealt with promptly and in an amenable manner. I feel I must give credit where credit is due Thank you

I admit there has been errors and operational issues which has caused a lot of hurt and upset.
We do appologise and changes have been made and will still be made to ensure things are run correct.

If any company should be on rogue traders this is the one,i puchased a kitchen only half of it was delivered when the fitter arrived he explained that ide wasted my money as trying to get all of it would not happen and that this is normal explaining to me hed seen it many times before i went to raddon court they refused a refund even with return of the goods they did not want to give me any assistance for the missing pieces and told me to go away and made threats to my personal safety if i dont leave the store and told me that they know where i live.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY SHOULD BE ON ROGUE TRADERS - I BOUGHT GOODS WHICH WERE FAULTY AND OFFERED A REPLACEMENT - UNFORTUNATELY THE REPLACEMENT CAME AT A PRICE UNMENTIONED PREVIOUSLY - MY FAULTY GOODS WERE NEVER RETURNED AND I AM NOW LEFT WITH NO GOODS AT ALL - THE OWNER IS A COWBOY WHOSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONE EXISTENT - HIS EXCUSE "GOODS BOUGHT UNDER RADDON COURT, WHICH HAS SINCE LIQUIDATED" - COMPANY NOW TRADING AS ANDERTON PANELS

We ordered a new sink/tap and dishwasher and we needed a couple of extra kitchen units made to our sizes. They made a lovely job of fitting them for us and it all took just over a week. The fitter made a perfect job of joining our corner worktops together.
