I went to AC to buy a shogun sport i saw on there website for £6988 wot a bargin i thought...the salesman thought the price was wrong but after checking it he said it was right, i asked for a test drive of one they had (as the one i wanted was down south) the shogun they brought me had NO power steering as the power seering pump had gone, after a very short drive i agreed to buy the jeep (daft i know) anyway i paid my deposit & waited for my car to arrive, after many phone calls to see what was happening, i got a call on the day i was suppose to be picking the car up, Bad news i was told the car is damaged plus it had been involved in fraud but that was clear but the damage would need fixed ok i said arnold clark motherwell refused to bring the car up because it would be too expensive for them. the bill for fixing the car came too £940 which they now expect ME to pay, they will not complete the deal unless i agree to pay £7988 instead of the £6988 we both agreed on at the start, so why should i have to pay for someone elses mistakes & AC's damaged car, i feel i am being taken for a ride. what do you think???????
