we brought a wooden swing for are 8 year old she was really please with it my husband put it up to find the screw and the bots were so cheap they woudnt screw in so we took it back to the portsmouth store and they said we got to cheack it a hour later they still putting this swing up in the store with just sitting they my husband is diasblied as well we ask for a refund they woudnt do it so they give us some more screw we come back home and had the same problem phone up and they give as more screw so the swing did go up for two weeks to yesday 22/6/2010 and it is moving on the top off the swing from left to right very dangers so we took it back to the store were they refund it but it was all the pertol are time and teh cost and teh staff they are so rude they dont no how to deal with people so please dont buy from toy r us you wont be happy

I just bought a Laser micro zero gravity for my son yesterday. Right after we came home, my son open it and charge the car. Out of suprise, it is not moving. Therefore, the very next day morning, I bring the toy back to Toy r us for return. The response I have received is NO. you can only exchange since you open. The thing is how can I trust that toy any more since the bad experienced I had. Second is what happen if I got another bad one? I need to go back and exchange again. I do not have time for that game. The most angry part of all is when I request to speak to manager (David) of the store. The manager's express attitude is more like "it not my business and problem".
