I received a rather expensive and delicate bulb from this company whcih arrived poorly wrapped. it never flowered and was i believe a waste of hard earned money!

They title 'express' is a bit of a joke as it took them 3 weeks and constant e-mails before I received my plants. They included a dead rose as a 'sorry we took so long to deliver your order' which the packaging said need to be planted by April and I received it at the end of May. Only one of my four plants looked healthy. Not impressed.

I placed an order with this company on 14/05/09 worth £56 and the money was taken immediately from my account. 10 days later when I still hadn't received the goods, and had seen many of the plants considerably cheaper in a local nursery, I decided to cancel the order. That was two weeks ago, I have sent 3 tickets that have received no reply, phoned (no answer), sent the required cancellation letter and received no acknowledgment of receipt. They are not contactable and I fear I will see neither plants nor money again. Will now contact trading standards to get advice on where to go from here. Would not recommend anyone using this company.

I have used this company for a couple of years now, never had any problems with them, always recieved my items within the time scale on website, had one problem with a tree once and they sorted out a replacement within 5 days and issued me 50% refund as well,
Will use this company time and time again best website for plants by miles,

I ordered plants from this company on 18th April. After two weeks I had not received my plants. I raised a support ticket and received an email two days later promising delivery in 3 to 5 working days. Two and a half weeks later I have still not received them. I have tried raising another support ticket but the means to do this seems to have been removed from their website. I have tried ringing but no reply. I left a message but they have not rung back. Their website states not to ask about delivery dates of orders as their operatives do not know. My only way of contacting them seems to be by post to their 'returns' address in Chelmsford, which I have done by registered post at my expense, claiming my money back. I have given them one week to refund my money or will go to Trading Standards. My advice to everyone is to keep well away from this company. Their customer service is decidedly dodgey.
