I have had the most horrendous service. I bought my bed on the 27 August and am yet to receive it. Part of it has been lost, no one seems to talk to each other with everyone telling me the only way they can contact the store, the courier company, the warehouse or head office is by email - to which it appears that no one responds.
Never again am I going to give any sort of custom to Carpet Right, I cannot believe how I have been treated.
