I find this solitors a good company. The service I received was personal and very professional. Every time I call I am put in touch with an actual solicitor not a claim handler. The people working for this firm keep me informed when there is a problem and what they are doing to conclude the claim. I have no hesitation in recommending the firm to anyone and I feel that the disapointed previous customer/s seem to me to be bogus
They are really dreadful this firm. I was recommended this firm and at first they seemed quite good - well friendly, but afterwards, they were just so pushy and aggressive. I later found out that the references that they use on their web-site - i.e. people who state they are happy with Mooneerams are just people related to them - i.e. their mum, sister in law, secrtary's husband, accountant etc, so please be careful. I found this out from the person who recommended them to me (and he has since apologised for doing so) I stayed with them but would not use them again. I was in an accident with a colleague and she got a higher award by using a different and professional firm.
