I read the comments on here before purchasing. Didn't let it put me off totally but hoped for the best anyway. In my opinion the guys at shoetail were quick and efficient at dealing with my order for some desert boots. Was kept informed all along. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
Awful company to deal with. They take your money, send the wrong sized item, then deny it is wrong. They are rude, arrogant, and unhelpful on the phone. Even putting the phone down on me. We will never deal with them again, I recommend you do not also.
