I had the same problems with a suite from In Style only because of my location the cost of an independant report was £539. I discovered that my home Insurance legal cover would take this on. They paid the costs and I won my case. My £2000 suite was uplifted and my money refunded. I have since went on and bought a lebus suite. It too had problems and I thought 'here we go again!' but was pleasantly surprised when they dealt with the problem of really soft cushions with fraying seams. They sent new cushions and, so far so good.
