BT vision is actually a good product but when I moved house i was disgusted with the service and now a sky customer
BT British telecom are happy to lose thier customers i.e my custom and my friends and families custom and thier friends and family if i have my way.... All thanks to them making a wee bit of profit from an engineers visit which iam querying, and now i have a late payment charge....
i have got names of all supervisers i have spoken to and recorded all conversations with them and i and advised them i was recording,
***BT I TOLD YOUS IF YOU DIDNT COME TO SOME ARRANGEMENT WITH ME ABOUT THE CHARGES THEN I WILL HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO NOT RENEW MY CONTRACT WITH YOUS EVER AGAIN....AFTERALL THERES PLENTY COMPITITION OUT THERE....................
