Not a very tidy store. Very dirty and poor quality food and service. Forwarded a complaint to them and they did respond with a £25 voucher, but it was so bad that we did not want the voucher and would not recommend anyone we know to go there either. This store in chester put us off the entire chain and i cant believe that they managed to be so bad in all categories- cleanliness, food and service.If they had been redeeming in any of the categories we would have given them another try. They also tried to convince us that they had an outside contractor to come in and clean everyday, but if management could not see all the dirt collected over some time then they did not deserve their positions.
