i would just like to tell you a little about this company. March last year my family and i moved to spain for the better way of life. we rented a house with pool through Tim at villasolutions, within 1 month we had so many problems on the house which was unsafe and alot of subsidence tim offerd us another villa in Puente Don Manuel. we took the property after being in the house for 2 weeks we started to see alot of black fairy damp appear in the bedrooms. My daughter was due to have a baby, after reporting the problem to Tim on a number of occasions nothing was getting done, I told him this damp has got to be sorted as it was making my family ill ie chest infections, eye infections. We then had a man at the door 1 dark night who made threats that if we did not vacate the villa he would pour petrol under the door and burn us out, this was very frightening as we have only 1 door in the house and steel bars on the windows, we are a very quiet family and have never experienced a problem like this before. we went to see the local police and reported the threats, they advised us to place a denouncement on Tim. Tim Whitely being the owner of Villasolutions. They also had told us he has already got 1 criminal denouncement against him, now he has 2. We were given an emergency number to ring in the event of the same person coming to our doorstep again. After doing some research on Tim Whitely and villasolutions we found out he wass not very popular within the village, he has apparently sold land with planning permission and later on the buyers found out it was illegal land with no permission to build. also he has rented out properties without the owner knowing about it, i have now started court action against Tim Whitely. All i can say is be very careful when wanting to better your life and move to spain, make sure you do lots of research on the company you are renting with, in the village of puente don mauel there are many estate agents who are very good. we learnt the hard way as when you move to spain you dont know anyone and go only on trust. i think Tim at villasolutions no longer gets work from surrounding areas as he is well known for not being trustworthy. i think he relies on people over the interent like us.
