We are 365DRILLS and used the services of emporium models twice in 2008.
On both occasions we paid the invoice in full.
The person we dealt with called himself "Geogio"
We required the services of two girls to hand out leaflets at exhibitions both in the North of the country at Manchester and down south in London. The first time we used Emporium we explained our requirements and the two girls showed up and did a really good job. They were not the girls we picked out of the catalogue. However they did such an excellent job that to be honest it didnt really matter. After the show we paid in full and booked our next set of girls. Again in London the people who turned up were nothing like the people we selected in the catalogue. Also the second team had a girl who was only 17 years old. Contractually this put me in a difficult position because we often use pictures of girls on our website http://www.365drills.com in revealing outfits and hotpants. Not only did the age make this illegal because a minor is not bound by contract but also not practical. That aside we accepted them, worked with them and of course paid the bill. My part done I expected that this was the end of it but for months afterwards the girls were in contact because Geogio had not paid.
They told me stories of abusive telephone calls, stalling, and stories of ill health, etc etc.
I stepped in to help and called Georgio on their behalf. I was told to mind my own business. My contact is with Emporium and NOT the girls. The girls should NEVER have got in touch with me, they should NOT speak to me or even email. The dispute is between them and Emporium and he told me if they contacted me again then he would refuse to pay them.
I did continue to receive emails etc from the four girls and I helped them by supplying documents, invoices, bank statements to prove the money left my account and is with Emporium Models.
However a few months before Xmas 2008 the website went down. So I assumed Emporium Models were out of business.
I also received hate mail (email) from one of the four girls. I had already explained to her that her anger if directed at me was directed at the wrong person.
Anyway she decided to let rip despite my offers of help and support I ended up with a lot of grief.
Its now Jan 2009 and another one of the girls who worked for me sent me this post for Blagger.com
Lauren (who can I just say is and was the most fantastic girl I worked with) has pointed me to this website.
If I can do anything to help ALL of the girls then I will, to get their money.
If I can say anything about Emporium Models to you the reader then it is that I paid for their service. They DIDN'T send me the staff we picked. And when we paid in full and on time the girls allege that they were never paid.

THIS AGENCY DOES NOT PAY MODELS
They constantly hire new models and never pay there are atleast 4 other models i know that have been paid the owner has CCJ's against his name!
Do not work for this agency unless you fancy taking out a county court judgement against him like i had to.
The guy is called Georgio and when i rang to ask when i was being paid he said he no longer worked there then when i contacted the person that had booked me he said he had already paid geogio. He owes me and my friends hundreds of pounds so he must obviously have some sort of money problems if he cant afford to pay the girls he books.
