I Placed an advertisement on the 29,10,2008 with a rep called Gareth. He does his rounds around Bolton and Wigan. He called me to arrange for a time for us to meet. He offered me a package that should of been over £11000.00 pounds for around £5000.00 pounds if i signed on the day. Great i thought so i signed. He told me i could cancel this add at any time before it went to print. Due to me never realy thinking the BT phone book worked. He reasured me all my competitors swore by it and was going in for the next year. When i called them, guess wot ? They told me it did not work for them So i canceled the add with Gareth, he said he would sort it out for me. I called him agian to check it had been canceled this time he told me to email bt cancellations department. So i did i recieved a call from BT 3 weeks later who told me i was to late and i was legally bound in contract. So i called freindly Gareth who told me he would sort it out. He did not sort it out now he ignores all my calls to add insult to injury my adds in the dirrectory are incort IE the wrong tel number. This was due to Garreth telling me not to proof them as he was canceling my adds so i did not. Now i have an advertisment that will never work, if you ever read this Garreth the cheer full chester BT rep thanks for stitching me up. Mick.
Also BT say and tell me they are investigateing the matter internally if they do we will see
