i ahve the same problem as such i paid for installmeants on 2 pc that i had to send back and they took it off the price of the 3rd after a year it went wrong and they took it back after 4 weeks of phone calls and now they wont give me the payments that they took off teh broken ones which to me menas they take broken products away and keep your money ,, ??? this company is toooooooo complicated for some thing so simple the only adive i can offer is keep on and on ask for a cust experience manager there compliants procedure allows you to insist !!!! and in your faither i found m=in my personal experience none of then know the sales of goods act or at best know little bits , so get yuor ammo first and quote the law to htem and ignore the usual " its company policy " and your rights overide the company policy

They have billed me for insurance that I neither wanted or asked for,and in fact refused when it was offered.Tried to sort it out but they would not admit what they had done,I had been paying my monthly account including the premiums so as not to default,it was only when I asked for the money back
that it all went t__s up.They stalked me by phone ringing up at all hours, all they ever got was my answering machine. Situation at present floating in the ether.
