I purchased a "FREE" trial from this company for £4.95, I was initially charged triple that at £14.95. I thought this wierd but thought I had a months free trial, so was going to cancel after Xmas. Only to find my credit card had been already charged over £100, yes pounds!!!!
This company falsly advertise a free trial when they charge you for that month if you do not send it back. I sent back the next 3 month shipment that they sent in one box. I'd not tried the FREE TRIAL yet so I sent this back at my own cost of over £13.
They now say that as I had not sent my free trial back I am to still be charged for it.
Please people do not fall for this trap, not only that the Tea is only a wieght loss remedy with regular (by regular I mean the gym 4 times a week) and a healthy diet. Why would you need the tea if you are doing all reight then in the first place. They do not advertise that fact either.
Also when you sign up for the Tea they automatically enroll you in a membership and internet books, both at a rough cost of £10 per month, and you have to cancel these too. And as you have agreed to the FREE TRIAL the credit card company will not get you a refund as you agreed to the terms and conditions, they ignore the fact that you have cancelled or that the FREE TRIAL period is still being cahrged.
