Viewings at the weekend - dont be stupid, surely you wouldn't expect viewings at this time from an estate agent would you????
I am personally not impressed with Goldin Lemcke Estate Agents in Hove, they marketed my property for a period of 4 plus months, we did not once receive any weekend viewings at all, very strange!! However we did receive a number of suspicious potential viewing for weekends, where no one showed up, this tended to happen when we were both due to be at the property. I am starting to seriously question if we ever had any viewings at all
Don't even bother with these guys, they will not sell your property, just ruin your chances with other prospective buyers
