I used this company because their advert said they were local, that customer satisfaction was their most important objective, and that they would provide before and after photographs to demonstrate the quality of their work. However their work caused significant problems and damage to our property, and there were no before and after photos.
When I asked them to come and look at the roof urgently because water was leaking through the ceiling onto the carpet and causing a stain, they complained that they didn't like my tone, and then refused to answer any of my voice-messages or e-mails! I have paid for the carpet to be professionally cleaned but the stain has not come out. When I subsequently took photos myself of the problem caused by guttering that had been fitted without correct supporting brackets they even denied it was their problem. I am also facing a bill to fix the guttering.
It has been a horribly upsetting experience using this company. When I subsequently found a reputable and skilled roofer, he was amazed at the shoddy workmanship that Wise Roofing had done. When I raised the issues again with Rise Roofing on the basis of the professional roofer's view of the problems, the tone of their formal response was very rude and most upsetting.
Crucially, this company is not a member of any professional trade body. I won't make the mistake of going with a small company that does not subscribe to a trade body again. I strongly recommend you don't either if you're not prepared to accept sub-standard work and extremely rude and upsetting reactions to your pointing out any problems.
