Disadvantages:
Dishonest and no genuine Customer Services
I was about to purchase a part exchanged car ...which was agreed on sunday.. after calling into sign and pay on the monday.. the changed the agreed price of my car .. Reducing it without me been informed.. of 300.00 pounds.. Then stated I was been given an extra dicount off the purchase price and i quote:
Phone call:
Hello .. Good News....you have got the dicount you wanted.. We have knocked off the price from 5988 to sale price of 5688k .... he must be feeling generous... looking forward to seeing you tomorrow..
When turned up..Was aked to sign to registration doc first.... and the tried to push me to sign the agreement...
they changed the figures to there advantage,, making me out of pocket by 300.pound.. and telling me he made a mistake.. Once confronting the manager he then denied the the whole thing .. stating i miss understood...
Having two witnessess pressent at the agreed price the day before.. and another witness to phone staying i was been give a dicount..
The manager was rude, too the words of a sales rep and he didnt listen ... just satying i missunderstood... that he can not give me 300 off... and to shop else were..
i STATED i was quotes 3000k to part x from another dealer .. the manager said .. well you better go and get cheque then hadent you...
Warning BE VERY CARFULL BUYING FROM THESE DEALER.... A FRIENDLY BIT OF ADVICE
