Order -stated the items must be delivered w/in 1 wk and that the curtains were for my current home which would be tenanted but I would be moving in just under two weeks.
Email- a couple of days later telling me its ok my order has been dispatched
Email from- about 1 week later (moving day) telling my the order would be dispatched that day
Delivery- weeks late = returned to sender since I had moved home
Call re returned goods- rude woman= asked if I wanted the curtains sent to my new address (d'oh!) and told me that the error was my fault (I assume for having the audacity to move home). Finally told me that she would process a refund.
NO MORE HEARD FOR WEEKS
Email to= response telling me that a previous email was sent to me telling me that the refund had been processed and would take 10 days!
Nearly two weeks later, no refund, no apology, just abrupt email from charmless woman. No money, no curtains, and no love from Nets2Go.
