Having read the blag from tea drinker I was totally shocked. This can't be the same company I had dealings with, they were so profesional with everything about my kitchen from the designer to the fitters and even Ian who personally organised for my fit to be put-back two weeks due to my own incapable builders (another story). Thanks again to everybody at Ultimate.
I have very serious concerns about any positive feedback left about this company. I think they are leaving it themselves. I have had the misfortune of dealing with this company and when things went wrong I was threatened with physical violence. Their Md (Ian I think) looks like a Gypsy and it wouldn't surprise me if he has connections. Very dangerous to deal with. Thank goodness for sites like this that allow us innocent victims to have our voices heard.
i was highly impressed with the standard ofworkmanship put into the whole process of purchasing a kitchen, straight forward from start to finish. my wife and are would recommend this company, beautifully made cabinets well fitted and looks great. brilliant job.
Great service from start to finish, i was recommended to them by a freind and thankfully everything went smoothly, so after reading some of the negative comments all I can say is that I was surprised.only thought it fair that I put my view on here to show our support, thanks for doing a good job everyone!
I recently had my kitchen done by this company and can honestly say that the whole job completely exceeded all of my expectations. I first had one of there designers out about a month ago and found him to be very knowledgable and pleasant to get on with. He designed my dream kitchen for me at the right price so therefore i had no hesitation in placing the order with him there and then. That was a month ago and now i am writing this sat in my wonderful new kitchen. The fitters were here when they said they would be, any questions i had were answered and dealt with immediately so therefore i can honestly say i would not hesitate in recommending UKF to my Family and friends in the future.
I have just recently had my kitchen completed from this UKF and can honestly say every aspect of the Fit exceeded all of my expectations. I originally took advantage of there free design service around about a month ago and have been amazed at how quickly and stress free it all was.
All there staff were on hand to deal with any request i had and i certainly would not hesitate in recommending this Company to my friends and family.
I recently had the misfortune of dealing with UKF and have never had such a disturbing encounter with anyone. We called into their showroom and were encouraged to have their salesman call to give us a quote with "no pressure". The salesman called and overstayed his welcome by 2 hours. We told him that we would let them know if we would be accepting their quote. They bombarded us with telephone calls and eventually paid them a deposit which we were told was returnable if we changed our minds within 7 days. We changed our minds and they are now refusing to return our deposit. They have been threatening and abusive on the telephone and have threatened us with physical violence if we do not stop chasing them for our money. I am completely horrified by the behaviour of these people and am now looking to take the matter further with trading standards.
