I had endless problems with this developer and feel the need to write this feedback about banner homes. I moved into my banner home and had problems since the first day. I did not get things I thought i was going to get and they refused to put it right. They are only interested in taking your money and leaving you with the keys. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I would advise you get every last detail in writing as they are quick to save a penny. The home i moved into was no where near the show home and what they said i was getting. Take pictures and write doen everyting and have it signed by the sales advisor.
