I wanted to buy my girlfriend a necklace diplayed in the window. Unforntunately, it was part of an earing / neck. set. I asked if I could buy sep. which was not possible.
I was not told I couldn;t return the item, and when my girlfriend didn't like the item, they made a point of claiming that I would've been told I couldn;t return the item. When I insisted I wasn't, an A5 small print disclaimed was pointed out over the counter, which contained the returns policy.
Really bad attitude, bad service, terrible customer expericne.
I made a scene.
