After dropping off a petrol hedge cutter to be repaired at the firm i was given a bill for £160 . which i didnt mind untill the same fault started after 1 hours use . After taking it back the firm they said the only thing they could do was to sell me a new one. I took the machine to a different firm and they told me that it hadnt been set up right thats why the fault cam back . beware
