i used this company to purchase a 4-wheeler. they sold it to me on the phone and took the money off my credit card the same day. they told me it would be shipped the next day. they said 5 to 7 business days. it has beem 22 days and i still have not seen that 4 wheeler so i called them and they told me that it was still waiting to be shipped. when i told them i wanted a refund they come up with so hidden fees about cancellation charges, i looked all over there web site for cancellation fees and there arent anything on there about cancellation fees. please use extreme caution when using them or better yet dont use them at all...
