i had an engine off this company August 2008 and it was the wrong one it took them until february this year to pick it up and they said they would refund my money, but i have called them 2 to 3 times a week and always got a promise the cheque would be sent out, i sent them a stamped address envelope and they told me on 3 occasions that they sent it, i still don't have the money back from them,
I have had dealings with this company, i ordered an engine on 12th march and was promised 48 hour delivery which never happened. To cut a long story short after many phone calls to them, i phoned the police and bank who both classed it as fraud. The bank investigated this for me while i was following advice of consumer direct. After a phone call and 1 letter telling them they had 14 days to refund the money otherwise legal action would be taken i recieved a refund on 28th April 2009 and their cut of date was 29th April 2009 so it took me approx 6 weeks to go throught the process.
This company will take your money and take ages to send out wrong parts then not return or refund !!! I am currently going through Trading standards to try and get refund Be very careful if you use this company I personally think they are a bunch of conmen 1st choice for spares were no help either
