ok. i michael osborne would like to confirm that my business is nothing to do with conway interiors i have been trading for many years in kitchen installations and have been at the shop in coggeshall road for just over a year we arrived there 26th jan 2009. I would appreciate anyone that knows us to leave an honest comment and it should be a positive one, as to my knowledge in fifteen years of trading in kitchen installations we have no customers that could say we did not fulfull our contract and to the high standard we promised or am i wrong ?????????????????? please feel free to come into my shop any time and you can see for yourself who is running this bussiness. Kind Regards to all. mike osborne
Hi Michael Osborne.
I sympathise with you not just for the understandably honest feedback previous irate customers of Conway have posted on this website (myself included) - but for the fact you've taken over a business address that has got such an appalling reputation throughout Essex and East Anglia. It's none of my business of course how you came to take over Conway's old shop but I assume he or someone connected to it used their smooth talking style to sell it off. I can't imagine anyone wanting to get involved with a kitchen business at this address if they were fully armed with all the history and bad feeling connected to it. I have personal knowledge of Conway - and have sat opposite him in court watching him squirm and shuffle nervously trying to back pedal out of yet another attempt at taking somebody's money using his laughable trading terms & conditions. The judge was having none of it and stopped Conway in full flight and ordered him to pay back my money - which he didn't of course (had to get some serious solicitors involved to get it back. The benefits of having decent comprehensive household cover...)
Conway knows this and operates on this principal time and time again. You may by now be aware of numerous similar stories of Conway's appalling trading terms & conditions and of his 'cowboy' installations. I only hope you manage to shrug off this disgusting reputation that Conway built up through many years of trading from this address.
Good luck…
This company is brand new and not owned or run by any person with any connection to Conway Interiors. I understand the frustration and anger this person must feel but this company does not deserve to be registered on here as a "blagger". If in any doubt of this please visit our showroom and meet the team!!!
I can totally understand the anger and frustration (coachdriver) must be going through and sympathise with them in this difficult matter but Michael Osborne Ltd is a brand new company and nothing to do with Conway Interiors, nor is it owned by the same people. If in any doubt of this please feel free to come into the shop and see us. The door is always open.
Micheal osborne is i suspect the new name he is trading under and is conway kitchens, this trader is to be avoided at all costs,my sister and her husband have lost around £6000 from trusting this person to fit a new kitchen which was started but far from being finished and still waiting for the units to be supplied, wiring has been started to be worked on and left in a dangerous condition
