i bought a juicy track suit from harrods and decided i didn't want it. I noticed a very tiny mark on the bottoms (and was worried they wouldn't accept it back in this cond.) so i took it to perkins with the tag for dry cleaning. I specifically asked if they were going to remove the tag in the dry cleaning process and they said no. When i went to collect it the tag had been removed and thrown away. The manager was rude and just said "well it's not there now, what do you want me to do?." He refused to comment further and basically said it was my problem. So now i'm stuck with a £110 tracksuit that i don't want and can't return. I would never ever go back there again.
