Used them yesterday and wanted to rebook which is how I found this site! I must say the service I received was professional from the initial enquiry I made to the service being completed hence wanting to rebook. The best I like about Classof1 is their customer service. The customer care person I talked to was very polite and made me feel at ease from the very beginning. Everything went very smoothly and after I had uploaded my question on the site, he promised I'll get the assignment in 2 days. And at the very next day, he called me back saying that due to a problem, the assignment would be delivered a few hours later. I was fine with this, since the assignment was due only the next day. And as promised he gave the solutions after a couple of hours and he apologized for the delay as well. I was really impressed with this, because previously when I gave it to a private tutor, I was the one who had to keep checking if it'll be delivered in time. I am pleased to have come across and used Authorised publications. I have been in the past paying high costs for my advertising space, however I got a very very excellent deal for a full colour page in the Community care guide back in october. I was rung by a member of staff at authorised publications, who were excellent in helping me decide what would be best for my advertising needs and would help me to increase my business income. Then shortly later I had a call from their art department, Alex who was very professional and done a fabulous job, especially as I only had limited material for him to work with. I recommend this company especially the Care Guide I went into highly, they dealt with my advertising needs extremely effectively, and since my adverts have gone out I have had a fair few enquiries and gained new clients. I would like to thank this organisation and recommend them to companys that have like myself have been paying over the top prices for advertising for ages as the prices with Authorised Publications are fabulous for new and small business's like mine. The publication is well presented and an excellent resource, bulging with useful local information for the service users and visitors who attend the day centre and also employees who live in the area. I have had some very positive feedback from both groups. We would welcome additional free copies in order to distribute to the wider audience. Dear Richard, We are in the process of organising our second 'Opportunities Fair' which is a relatively new event in East Finchley which aims to provide local residents with access to employment, education and volunteering opportunities whilst at the same time promoting a range of local business and community orgnisations. The 'Opportunities Fair' will take place Friday 10th February, between 1pm to 5pm, at the Green Man Community Centre which is located on the Strawberry Vale estate in East Finchley. The Peabody estate has 270 flats and houses, providing homes to approximately 800 residents. I have read your Community Care Guide and think that it is a great resource for the residents of Strawberry Vale, providing exactly the range of local information which we want to ensure they have access to. Which is why I would like to order copies to display dring the Opportunities Fair and distribute around the estate. Last Year approximately 300 people visited the event, and I am hoping that it will be even bigger and better this year - which is why we are increasing the number of stalls that we have available, and will be inviting a wider range of organisations to take part. my mum bought a bed from dreams in sheffield the bed did not arrive on the delivery date we called the number on the receipt 10 times no one answered , we called the shop spoke to the store manager explained the situation he said he would have to call warehouse and call back, 2 hours later we called again all he could say was its a failed delivery and i cant get through to warehouse, my mum had chucked her old bed away so now was left with no where to sleep we explained this his answer was , failed delivery next day called again, still got the same answer day after my mum called them and said if not heard anything by tomorrow im coming to get my money back thursday, went to shop the sales guy refused to give her money back as according to his system its been delivered , but could not say where ... so for the 5 night running my 68 year old mum is sleeping on sofa we have called customer services filled in there contact form on website , no answer responce from either miold at 3rd Feb 2012, 03:51PM |

my daughter bought me a circulation massager over 2 weeks ago now. i'd suppose i'd been moaning about my legs for some time. the winter plays havoc with them. not sure how much see paid for it - i think it was under 100 pounds - i hope so otherwise i'll be telling her off. anyhows, it's blooming marvelous on a winters' evening, i use whilst watching tv or doing the telegraph crossword. it's by bioenergiser, i believe that's the name of the company behind it. i went on the web address and they sell gloves. i think i'll get those for my birthday. thank you for taking the time to read my message, my eye sight isn;t very good so my typing is awful and the letters are ery small big grandpa at 3rd Feb 2012, 01:16PM |
