After having given assurances to them that I would buy a car provided that it was as described in their advert, insured it and purchased an air ticket to fly from Scotland to Birmingham, the day before I was due to collect the vehicle I received a text saying "Sorry the car is sold". They told me exactly what they were going to do, and how much it was going to cost. The only surprise I got what how good the standard of work was.
