| Weatherseal Holdings Ltd | Weatherseal (aka Supreme O Glaze) Previous owner of my house had double glazing installed by the above. Glass not thick enough. Frames badly fitted. Supposedly put right before my purchase. I'm sitting in a wind tunnel but the small print in the contract says I have to pay £100 to change the name on the contract before anyone will come out. Surely it's the product and the address that count, not the occupier's name? Anyway, 2 minutes to change the name on the computer cannot possibly cost £100.  stillfedup at 27th Nov 2009, 08:39AM |
