| Betta Living | Reference customer Mather: There are always two sides to a story so I thought in the interest of given your readers a balanced view I would respond as I am that manager in question. The customer cancelled her order under the terms and conditions laid out by trading standards, and was entiltled to a full refund. However, the cheque was not banked as per her request. It is fair to say that as we have been in business since 1966 we are not financially dependant on Mrs Mathers deposit and the reason she decided to cancel was down to affordablity and not quality. It is unfortunate that she found it necessary to leave a negative comment about us when we did nothing wrong. Shame really.  dikko1 at 14th May 2010, 11:42AM |
