| Trinity Estates | We also have a residents association but the few times Trinity have bothered to send a representative, they have been arrogant and dismissive to questions thrown at them by the residents. I thus agree with the vast majority of comments on here, which emphasise just how bad an experience people have had with Trinity. Trinity did, in the past send out monthly newsletters but this now seems non existent – they didn’t contain much useful information anyway. Trinity have also set up some kind of portal, through which residents can access their account. What is the point of this? I’d rather Trinity use the money in delivering a proper service.
