| Simply Kitchens/kitchens Now Or Whatever Your Name Is | we made a big mistake by touching this lot,my wife seems to be under some illusion that they may in fact deliver the rest of our cupboard doors and the belfast sink and fittings and the granite worktops if they even exsist but their designer has no guts and answer his phone .we sent the first delivery back as the doors were scratched and side panels then they were instructed to deliver after 16.00hrs but arrived at 06.20am so my wife had to check it quickly still some doors missing or not able to fit cupboards when we opened the box holding the sink it was cracked and no one had been in the room where the delivery was placed as you could not move in there,so they must have known the sink was a bad one,when my wife has called the office the lady on the other end must get paid bonus if she could be as obnoxious as possible well she must be on mega money as she is one nasty b...h and has no feelings for the stress that her company can cause and remember what goes around comes around, i shall be praying for your demise and the grim reaper to knock on your doors. llwynypia at 23rd Jul 2010, 08:05PM |
