Applied for a loan within 10 minutes I got a call back and they confirmed we had been approved Great News! our car had packed up and as we both need a car for work we thought at last we could go out and get one as it was costing us a fortune on public transport. Its been 2 weeks since we paid the £69.50 and havn't heared anything from them you can get through to the application line no problem but you try getting through to Customer Care line its like trying to speak to the Queen! Ive just spoken to yet another sales advisor who said they would put me through manually so I would get through straigt away Ive now been on on the phone for over an hour! I wonder if we all sent out phone bills in could we be reimbursed for the length of time we've been trying to get hold of Customer Care! |
