| Parcel2go.com | Truly the worst courier service ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It takes nearly an hour to make contact via telephone and their much lauded 'webchat' service takes almost 30 minutes to enter into a chat with huge delays inbetween message exchanges. Very, very poor service with polite but inept staff. My company dispatches some 2000 parcels per year and should Parcel2Go ever come calling I shall certainly tell them where their parcels can go! Rubbish and just dreadful. Go elsewhere! (Worldwide Parcel Services looked after us in the end without any fuss!).  shutterman at 28th Apr 2011, 10:29AM |
