| Brighthouse | i am an employee of brighthouse and customer and can honestly say that they do not look after their customers or staff. when items are returned from service the customer is not informed or it simply does not work still or if an item is on a collection from a customer to for brighthouse to hold onto (collect and hold) it has been put on the shop floor to be resold. the quality of some items i have to sell are poor to say the least and sometimes hardly work currently we have to sell a tv but with no remote control (wat's the good in that?. as an employee we are abused by customers (which i cant say i blame some off the customers) and the management will hide out in the office and watch/listen on the camera then stating it's part of our job to take abuse. i am on the verge off just walking out of the company. but whoever reads this take note it is not a glamourous company to buy items from and the osc (optional service cover) is not worth taking out as you are either without your item for god knows how long or you simply have a useless loaner that hardly works. please feel free to comment or ask any questions and i will answer them honestly. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() bright1 at 3rd Jan 2012, 04:39PM |
