| Kitchens4less/ Cheapest Kitchens In The World | Avoid this company at all costs. We placed an order for a kitchen about 2 years ago, biggest mistake of my life. should have known something was wrong when the designers phone rang during his sales pitch and all we heard was Tarzan calling. After paying £200 deposit we waited for delivery date to arrive, 2 days before delivery they rang to say worktops were not in so they put delivery back by a week. I told them they could deliver units, doors and appliances on the day and follow up with worktops. I was told they don't do part deliveries, reluctantly I agreed and new date was set. 1 day before new date they called to check we would have cash to pay on delivery and then added that worktops were delivered wrong so they would deliver units, doors and appliances (remember they don't do part deliveries) I said no I wanted all the kitchen and would not settle for less. We started to check company out on net and was horrified at what we found. After many phone calls speaking to somebody different every time nobody could guarantee delivery I threatened to cancel my order a manager called back to say everything would be delivered as agreed, but I had lost all confidence in them and cancelled the order telling them they could stick their kitchen were the sun don't shine. That afternoon I went to my local Magnet Trade Center told them what had happened and my desperate need for a kitchen. They sorted me out with a new kitchen inside 2 days and delivered as well. Any problems were sorted in double quick time and service was the best I have had, even though It cost me twice as much it was the best thing I have ever done, after marrying my wife!! p2lng at 1st Apr 2012, 08:08PM |
