|Norbreck Aquatics||Complete cowboys,who are willing to break the law by not observing your consumer rights. We bought a garden pump kit from them by post,and had to buy a surge protector to go with it. The pump kit was faulty on its arrival,and we phoned them within 24 hours to inform them of this. They refused a refund (until they had decided whether or not it was indeed faulty) and also refused to refund any postage costs for the return of the items. They also refused a refund for the surge protector,that we had only bought for use with the faulty kit! We contacted the CAB and Consumer Direct who advised us of our rights,and the '7 day cooling off period',but these con artists completely ignored our rights to return the goods. The customer service from these people is non existent,you are passed from pillar to post,and they are completely unscrupulous.
If you take the time to check,you can see on Google maps it is a backstreet business run from a garden shed!
DO NOT under any circumstances buy anything from them!
