| Parcel2go.com | I used this parcel for international delivery from Ireland to Slovakia. Late collection, more than a week for delivery, anyway delivered succesfully. What made me much more nervous were the Terms&Conditions. I was lucky, that my delivery was successful just because they used GLS-Europe. Anyway if anything goes wrong, the customer gets no refund, funny or none damage or loss cover and according to my experiences with the live chat support even no useful information. Everything goes smooth to the point of payment, after this point this company simply does not care. They have such a big mess in records, that according to P2G parcel tracking my order has been cancelled, but in real it has already been delivered and they don't even know. Anyway they don't need to care, as they are not obliged to refund... And I learned one more lesson : P2G only submits orders to a real parcel service company and most of the time you can buy the same service from the same parcel, just far cheaper. In my case I paid 98 Euro to P2G instead of 54 Euro if ordered directly from GLS. I promise, due to the delays in collection and delivery caused by non-functional support in P2G, it is definitely worth to spend some time looking for a real parcel, not only it should be cheaper, but you'll be kept informed and you will save time.
