| Authorised Publications | I too have had experience of this company. My company where approached and offered an advert in one of their publications. The service offered was interesting to us. As a new business getting your name known in the local area is very important. They offered us a place in their community care guide. This publication was to be circulated to all health centres, care homes, care centres, Doctors surgeries etc in our area and would have over 10,000 copies. Sounded good and we didn't have to pay for nearly six months, a bargain to a new business. So we agreed. After a few emails we agreed the advert and sat back to await publication, distribution and invoice. Well the invoice came. So to be fair to Authorised Publications they did meet 33% of the contract. In the meanwhile they contacted us again to advise of another of their publications in which an advertiser had withdrawn on the last minute and that we could have a full cover page for considerably less than normal. We had not had any problems at this stage (it was only a matter of weeks since their first contact) so we thought sounds good and agreed. Again Authorised publications only met 33% of the contract, funnily enough the same 33% they met with the first advert. This company rings with offers that sound to good to be true. And to be fair if it sounds to good to be true it generally is. They promise the earth and deliver a small plot of ground. I am more than happy to be contacted through this site by any person wishing to discuss the matter further, if Authorised Publications wish to contact me through this site please do, atleast it will be some form of contact from you.
